1. Are you a real factory or a trading company?

We are a direct manufacturer. Shenzhen Gerolux Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 and operates our own production facility in Bao’an District, Shenzhen. We have in-house SMT lines, silicone extrusion, aging test, and packaging processes. We do not act as a trading company.

2. What is your main market?

Our primary markets are Europe (especially Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and the UK) and Australia. We also serve customers in North America and other regions. Approximately 40% of our clients are based in Europe.

3. What is the sample lead time?

Standard samples can usually be prepared within 3–7 working days. For customized samples (special PCB, color temperature, packaging, or private label), lead time may be slightly longer depending on complexity.

4. What is the mass production lead time?

For regular orders, standard production lead time is 25–30 days after order confirmation and deposit. We can handle both small trial orders and large-volume orders (50,000 – 300,000+ meters per order).

5. What is your monthly production capacity?

Our current monthly production capacity exceeds 500,000 meters of LED strip lights and related ambient lighting products.

6. Do you offer OEM / ODM service?

Yes. We have a dedicated engineering team (10+ engineers) supporting full OEM/ODM services, including custom optical design, PCB layout, firmware, private labeling, and packaging. We provide one-stop service from design confirmation to finished goods shipping.

7. What certifications do your products have?

Our products are certified with CE, RoHS, and EMC. We operate under an ISO 9001 quality management system and support SGS-verified EU PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) compliance. Full technical documentation and test reports are available for customs and retail requirements.

8. What is your quality control process?

Every LED strip undergoes 100% aging test before shipment. We also implement strict color binning (MacAdam 3-step available) and multiple inspection points during production.

9. What is the warranty period?

We offer a standard 2-year warranty on our products. Extended warranty options are available upon request. In case of quality issues within the warranty period, we will arrange replacement of the defective parts.

10. How fast do you respond to inquiries?

11. Can you support private label packaging that meets European environmental requirements?

Yes. We can provide private label packaging that complies with current European environmental regulations, including PPWR requirements.
